1. Cancellations made before 2 calendar months* of the event - choice of repayment in full or a credit note.
2. Cancellations made between 1 and 2 calendar months* - credit note or refund issued for all moneys paid if space can be filled.  If it cannot, deposit will be retained, but any balance will be refunded or credit note issued.
3. Cancellations made within 1 calendar month of event - deposit retained, but any balance repaid or credit note issued if space can be filled. If space cannot be filled, all moneys will be retained.
4. For any workshop cancelled by Quest, all moneys will be refunded - or, if preferred, a credit note issued, in which case a 10% 'bonus' will be added.
5. For overseas trips i.e. Iceland, Ireland and Ardeche (France) the notice required for cancellation is increased by one month in each case.

In view of the above, you are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance when booking Photo Holidays.
